We cut, weld, polish and light the sign that carries your name. Every letter and signboard is fabricated in-house from raw sheet, finished by hand, and installed to a drawing you approve before a single hole is drilled. Hand-buffed to a true reflective finish. Weather-stable for outdoor fascias and lobby walls.
1.2 mm face · 40 mm return
SS Matte / Hairline
Directional grain that hides fingerprints. The default for corporate reception signage.
Hairline 240 grit
Gold PVD & Brass
PVD-coated steel and solid brass. Holds colour outdoors far longer than paint or foil.

Light enough for tall fascias and long spans. Powder coated to any RAL shade.

Supply and installation across India
Signage is packed on a frame and freighted anywhere in the country. For sites outside our own state we send the drilling template and the fixing kit with the consignment, and our installation team travels for larger fascias, pylons and multi-branch rollouts.
Common questions
What does a stainless steel letter signboard cost?
Pricing is per square foot of letter area and depends on the material, the face thickness, the return depth and whether the letters are lit. Send the sign width, the text and a photograph of the wall and you get a written quotation with the drawing attached.
How long does manufacturing and installation take?
A standard shop fascia in SS or acrylic takes about seven to ten working days from drawing approval. Illuminated fascias, pylons and multi-branch orders are scheduled after the site survey. Installation itself is normally a single day.
Which finish lasts longest outdoors?
SS 304 with a PVD coating — gold, rose gold, champagne or black — holds its colour longest in sun and rain. Mirror-polished steel is next. Painted mild steel is the cheapest to buy and the first to fail, so we do not recommend it for exterior signage.
Do you install the signage or only supply it?
Both. Most clients take supply with installation, which includes the site survey, the drilling template, anchors, wiring and a night test. Supply-only orders ship with the template and fixing kit so a local electrician can complete the fit.
Do you deliver signage outside your own state?
Yes. Letters and signboards are crated and freighted anywhere in India, and our team travels for large fascias, pylon structures and chain rollouts.
Which grade of stainless steel do you use?
SS 304 as standard and SS 316 for coastal or chemical exposure — guaranteed grade, not a cheaper substitute passed off as 304. Mill test certificates for the sheet can be supplied with the order on request.

From material to identity.
Work from our own floor and our own installations — mirror and hairline stainless steel, gold and rose gold PVD, brass, acrylic, and letters lit from the front or the back. Tap any photograph to open it full size.
SS Mirror Fabricated Letters
Laser-cut face, welded return, mirror-polished by hand. Reads sharp in daylight and picks up ambient light at night.
Reverse-Lit Halo Letters
LEDs face the wall, so the letter reads as a solid silhouette ringed with light. Best on a flat, pale fascia.
Front-Lit Acrylic Letters
Diffused acrylic face in a metal return. Highest visibility from distance, so it suits highway and mall frontage.
Gold PVD & Brass Letters
Solid brass or PVD-coated steel in mirror and matte gold. The finish that reads expensive from across the road.
ACP Fascia with Pin-Mounted Letters
Grooved composite cladding over a GI frame, with letters pinned clear of the surface for a clean shadow line.
Rose Gold Script Letters
Script and calligraphic letterforms cut and rolled by hand, then PVD finished in rose gold or champagne.
Storefront & Facade Signage
Whole elevations: fabricated skin, illuminated lettering and cove lighting worked out as one drawing.
Matte Black 3D Letters
Powder-coated matte black letters with crisp returns — the quiet option for boutiques and studios.
Fabricated Panel Signs
Letters and panel built as one unit, wired and tested in the workshop so the site work is only lifting and fixing.

Warm white LEDs behind gold PVD faces. Reads as solid metal by day and as a glow line after dark.

Flat-cut brushed steel for lobbies, meeting rooms and wall quotes. Fixed on hidden pins, no visible fixings.
03 — Fitting Solution
Hire a signage fitter.
VAELUX only introduces customers and fitters. We do not employ the fitters listed here and we do not supervise their work. The job, the rate, the schedule and the payment are agreed directly between you and the fitter, and responsibility for the work — including any mistake, damage, injury or loss at site — rests with the two of you. VAELUX is not a party to that agreement and carries no liability for it.
We built this so a customer's job does not stop for want of a fitter. Please satisfy yourself about the person you hire, agree the terms in writing, and make sure anyone working at height has the equipment and cover for it.

VAELUX INDUSTRIES fabricates commercial signage in stainless steel, brass, aluminium, gold and rose gold PVD, and acrylic — every letter and fascia made to a drawing you approve before any metal is cut.
What we make
3D letters, plain flat-cut letters, solid letters, name plates and illuminated fascias — worked in-house from raw sheet to a finished, polished piece. Materials range from mirror and hairline stainless steel through brass, aluminium, and gold or rose gold PVD-coated finishes, with acrylic used for lit faces and diffuser panels.
How an order runs
Every job starts with your drawing or our instant estimate, confirmed with you before fabrication begins. We manufacture and supply — for installation, our fitting section connects you directly with independent fitters near your site; VAELUX does not employ or dispatch its own installation crew, so you deal with your fitter directly on timing and price.

Our works and fabrication unit is in Bhayandar (East), Thane, Maharashtra. We supply across India — Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat and beyond — with signage crated and freighted to site, and fitting arranged locally through the fitting marketplace.
